Margaret (Ferris) Seiter

Margaret Jessie Seiter , age 98 of Lecanto FL went to be with her Lord on Sunday July 11 2021. Margaret was born in Newark, NJ. She was the youngest daughter of Frank and Jessie Ferris. After graduating from East Orange High School, she married John Seiter on August 31, 1942. They resided in East Orange, NJ and later settled in Livingston, NJ for many years before retiring to Florida. Margaret had a strong faith in God and an active prayer life which she endeavored to pass on to her children. An avid reader, Margaret enjoyed selecting books to read wherever she could find them. She enjoyed singing and was involved in several choral groups early in her life.

Margaret was predeceased by her husband, John, of 43 years, and is survived by three sons and a daughter, Robert Seiter, Ann Hart Marquis, David Seiter, and Kenneth Seiter. Her daughter, Linda O’Keefe predeceased her.

The family would like to thank Life Care Citrus Serenity Lane, Vitas Hospice and Laura for their

loving care.

She will be greatly missed.
