Marie Elaine (Dionne) Anctil

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Marie Elaine (Dionne) Anctil on April 24, 2025, at the age of 77. She passed away under hospice care at HCA Florida Ocala Hospital in Ocala, FL surrounded by her loving family.

Marie was born on July 28, 1947 in Nashua, NH to the late Jean and Cecile (Lesieur) Dionne. She graduated high school from St. Aloysius de Gonzague in 1965. It was then that she met the love of her life, Gerard Sylvio Anctil. Marie and Gerry were happily married for 57 years and had one child together, Angela Marie (Anctil) Gosselin. Marie performed various roles throughout her career, working in office administration, travel, and safety. She retired in 2010 after working as an assembly technician in PPE manufacturing for the Mine Safety Appliances company. Marie loved crafting, gardening, traveling, and spending time with family. She would tell you that her greatest accomplishment was being a loving and supportive wife, mother, and grandmother.

Although Marie is no longer with us, she will live in our hearts forever.

Marie is survived by her husband, Gerard Sylvio Anctil; her daughter, Angela Marie (Anctil) Gosselin and her husband Michael; grandchildren, Ashley Marie Rogers and Andrew John Oltmann; great grandson, Harper Ray Rogers; sisters, Jeanette Gosselin and Jackie Dionne; brother, Ray Dionne; longtime friends, Marge Donnelly and Kari Donnelly; and she is survived by several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Paul Dionne and sister, Claire Rioux.
