Mary J. Hudson, 76, passed away Wednesday, November 9, 2016 in Crystal River, Florida. She was born Monday, November 20, 1939, in St. Johns, Newfoundland, Canada, to Charles Jarvis and Frances Fowler.
She was predeceased by her husband, James Oliver Hudson and is survived by her two daughters, Mary Ann Crossman (Roger) and Tammy Angela Lowry, three brothers, Charlie (Judy), Don, Kevin, three sisters, Bridey (Larry), Theresa (Jerry), Elizabeth, six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Mary was very involved in her community. She was a past president of the VFW Auxiliary. Much of Mary’s enjoyment was found in making flower arrangements for the local nursing homes and cooking meals for elderly people with no family. Mary will be greatly missed.
