Michael Joseph Dimatteo

Dunnellon- Michael Joseph DiMatteo, 56, passed away Tuesday, March 3, 2015.  He was born August 25, 1958 in Pontiac, Michigan.  He was an automotive engineer.  Mr. DiMatteo was of Catholic faith and enjoyed sailing and being in the water.  He also designed jewelry and was a lamp work artist.  He is survived by his sons, Giovanni DiMatteo of Baltimore, MD, Alberto DiMatteo of Davisburg, MI, parents, Albert & Mary DiMatteo of Dunnellon, brother, Mark Paul DiMatteo of Lake Orion, MI, sisters, Deborah Kowalczyk of Lapeer, MI, Donna DiMatteo of Myrtle Beach, SC, Diane Reagan of Orion, MI, and grandchildren, Romeo DiMatteo and Giuliana DiMatteo.  He was predeceased by his daughter, Andrea DiMatteo.  A funeral service will be held at Roberts Funeral Home of Dunnellon on Sunday, March 8, 2015 at 3:00PM.
