Michael Fanale

It is with a heavy heart the Fanale family announces the passing of Michael Robert Fanale, a devoted husband, loving father, loyal brother, uncle and proud civil servant on July 24, 2025 in Ocala, Florida.

Michael devoted his life to public service as a gifted and recognized Firefighter and Paramedic.  A career that reflected his deep compassion, humble bravery and lifelong commitment to serving others in times of need.

Michael’s unwavering strength in the face of hardship, was a true reflection of his integrity and character. A gentle giant who exuded kindness, served with humility, unconditional love and a special place in his heart from his canine companions by his side, his dogs!

He is survived by his beloved wife, Patricia (Patty) Fanale, son Mitchell Fanale-siblings Cynthia Wolfe, husband Jon, Michele Fanale and Stephen Fanale, wife Marie.

He is preceded in death by his parents Michael & Joan Fanale and cherished youngest bother Jonathan.

Michael’s legacy of strength, compassion, and love will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

A Memorial Service will be held August 30th at 1:00 PM at the United Methodist Church, 273 Vernon St, Wakefield, MA 01880.
