MILDRED G. WEBER, age 82, passed away on Tuesday, January 17, 201 at Legacy House.
She was born on May 23, 1929 to Ragnar and Svanhild Norli on Staten Island, NY.
On February 12, 1949, she married Eugene Weber, Jr. They had four children.
Ms. Weber was a stay-at-home mother until she was 38 years old when she received her nursing degree. The couple resided on Staten Island until moving to Rainbow Lakes Estates in 1983. There she was active in the Arts and Crafts Club and Garden Club serving as president of both. She was also active in the Ceramics Club and was a member of the First Baptist Church Rainbow Lakes Estates.
Ms. Weber was preceded in death by her husband Eugene and her sister Gloria.
She is survived by her daughters Eugenia Johnson and Denise Brown; her sons: Robert and Thomas; her sister Signe; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
A Memorial Service will be held Friday January 20, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at Roberts Funeral Home of Dunnellon with Dr. Goodroe officiating. Inurnment will follow at Florida National Cemetery Bushnell.
