Patti Sue Purvis of Dunnellon, FL, passed away Friday, October 24, 2013, at her home. She was 69.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, October 28, 2013, at the First United Methodist Church in Enterprise with Rev. Eddie Fulford and Rev. Tonya Elmore officiating. Burial will follow in Meadowlawn Cemetery with Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory directing. The family will receive friends at the church from 12:00 PM until service time. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 22718, Oklahoma City, Ok. 73123-1718 or First United Methodist Church, 21501 W. Hwy. 40, Dunnellon, Fl. 34431.
Patti was preceded in death by her parents, Billy and Eloise Kelsoe and her husband, Wayne Purvis.
She is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law. Blake and Shannon Purvis, Montgomery, AL, Barry and Theresa Purvis, Ocala, FL and Britt and Vivian Purvis, Los Angeles, CA; six grandchildren, Kate, Grant, Grace, Zachary, Haley, and Dalton Purvis, one sister and brother-in-law, Kathy and Bill Gammill, Enterprise, AL; one brother and sister-in-law, Bill and Ramona Kelsoe, Enterprise, AL; step father-in-law Roy Grimes, Goodman, AL; and several nieces and nephews.
