Paula A. Lozada

Paula Lozada was born February 7, 1937 in Caguas, Puerto Rico to Providencia Jurado and Martin Castro. She was raised in Puerto Rico, then moved to Chicago, Illinois where she worked and raised her family. She retired to Citrus Springs Florida.

She transitioned to heaven on October 1, 2020 in Citrus Springs Florida.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a woman ahead of her time, working full time in a factory and managing a household of four children and her husband.

She was a loving wife to Enrique Lozada

Paula was preceded in death by both parents Martin Castro and Providencia Jurado, and her son Enrique Lozada Jr.

She is survived by her husband Enrique Lozada, daughters Juanita Alvarado and Patricia Gee Chicago, IL , son Nelson Lozada Chicago, IL, granddaughters Leticia Alvarado Kaner Chicago, IL, Lizel Alvarado Florissant, MO, Jessica Gee Chicago, IL , Lisa Marie Lozada Jakubiak Lake Zurich, IL, grandson Enrique Lozada III Lake Zurich,IL. great granddaughter Morgan Najm Chicago, IL, great grandsons Kenneth Kaner Chicago, IL , Brandon Jakubiak Lake Zurich, IL, Isaac Gerald Lozada Lake Zurich, IL

Visitation will be held at Roberts Funeral Home of Dunnellon, Dunnellon, Florida, Thursday October 8, 2020, from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm.  Funeral Services will be held at 10 AM on Friday, October 9, with interment to follow at 1:00 pm at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL
