Phyllis Diane (Czohara) Patton

Phyllis Diane Czohara Patton, 56, of Hernando, passed away May 5th, 2015.   She was born in Ft. Benning, GA as a military child and lived in Georgia, Germany and Virginia before making Florida her home in 1980.  She graduated from Denbigh High School in Newport News, Virginia. She made a career in the service industry.  She is survived by her daughter Nicole, and her husband Adam Rogers, of Phoenix, Arizona; her sister Elaine Czohara, and her husband Andrew Decker, of Virginia Beach, Va; 2 granddaughters and many life long friends.  Her memorial service will be private.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The American Diabetes Association P.O.
