Ralph D. Roe, Sr.

Ralph D. Roe, Sr., 76, died on Sunday, July 3, 2022 peacefully at his home in Dunnellon surrounded by his loving family. Ralph was born into this life on January 15, 1946 in Middletown, NY and was the son to the late Joseph B. Roe, Sr. and Marion (Ennis) Roe. He retired from Tetz Sand & Gravel and Cortlandville Sand & Gravel as a Supervisor in Marathon, NY. Ralph also served twenty four years as a FireFighter and eventually reaching the rank of Fire Chief of the Bloomingburg Fire Company #1. He was a former parishioner of St. Stephens Catholic Church in Marathon, NY and a proud little league coach. Seven years ago, Ralph and his wife, Jeannine made their home in Dunnellon Rainbow Springs. He enjoyed gardening, hunting and fishing. Ralph was a kind, giving soul who was an exceptional human being as a husband and father who loved his family and will be greatly missed.

Ralph is preceded in death by his ten siblings.

Those left to cherish his memories are his wife, Jeannine Roe; his sons, Ralph D. Roe, Jr., Adam M. Roe and Mark D. Roe; his daughters, Cathrine J. Roe and Katrina A. DeForrest; his sister, Rhea Arnold; his ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
