Raymond Kenneth Greenwald

Raymond “Ray” Greenwald,  91,  of Citrus Springs, Florida, passed away on Tuesday, September 20, 2022.

The service and a green burial will be held at Prairie Creek Conservation Cemetery in Gainesville, Fl. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Roberts Funeral Home of Dunnellon, Fl. Ray was born in Detroit, Michigan in 1931.

He is survived by his beloved wife Naomi. They were married 71 wonderful years.

Ray enjoyed traveling and playing softball. He was an avid fan of the Tampa Bay Bucs, Tampa Lightening and The Rays.

He is also survived by his son Michael Greenwald  (wife Angie) of Augusta, Georgia and Daughter Janis Cusimano (husband Chris) and his three granddaughters, Laura, Sarah and Natalie, along with two great-grandchildren, Naomi and Max.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to Prairie Creek Conservation Cemetery to support their continuing efforts to provide Green Burials in a natural, peaceful setting.
