Mr. Richard D. Hawthorne, 66, of Inglis, passed away at his home
on Sunday, May 22, 2016.
A lifetime resident of Inglis, he was the son of Felix and Eva Hawthorne, who preceded him in death. Richard was the president of Hawthorne & Sons, a commercial refrigeration company. He was a graduate of Dunnellon High School, and the University of West Florida.
Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Magdalene Neeld Hawthorne, their two sons Brian Dean Hawthorne and Richard Nathan Hawthorne, his brother Wayne Hawthorne (Charlotte), their 5 grandchildren Lane, Foster, Mason, Landon, and Sawyer, and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and too many friends to list.
Funeral services will be held at noon on Sunday, May 29, 2016, at the Primitive Church of Jesus Christ in Inglis. The family will receive friends from 11 AM until service time.
