Robert “Bob” Pisano passed away January 10, 2012 of Dunnellon, FL.  He was born on March 11, 1942 in White Plains, NY to John and Mary Pisano.  Bob graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Fort Lauderdale, FL, received a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Tampa, and a Master’s Degree from FAU.  Bob taught at Cardinal Gibbons High School in Fort Lauderdale from 1964-1968 He worked in the Broward County School System for 30 years at Boyd Anderson High School serving as Teacher, Guidance Counselor, Acting Principal and Peer Counselor Coordinator.

Bob served one year as the Mayor of Oakland Park after a four year term on the City Council.

His passion was raising and racing thoroughbred horses.

Bob leaves behind his beloved wife Donna Pisano of Dunnellon, FL; daughter Robyn Pisano of Stuart, FL; former wife Joyce Pisano of St. Augustine, FL; step children Debra (David) Rose, Marc (Michelle) Anders of Orlando, FL; Janine Rubinoff and Liana Rubinoff of Fort Lauderdale, FL and Tryna Rubinoff of Tallahassee, FL and 3 grandchildren.  He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Mary Pisano.

Bob made an impression on the lives of everyone he touched and will definitely leave a void in the lives of those left behind.  He will be missed.
