Roland Dewitt Wise, Jr.
April 18, 1933 — January 30, 2016
Early Saturday morning at 6:24 am, January 30, 2016, Roland DeWitt Wise Jr. passed peacefully with his kids and wife by his side. He was loved beyond our ability to express and will be missed dearly.
In lieu of flowers, which DeWitt believed ought to be left living in the ground for the birds to enjoy, please make a donation in his honor, to the building fund at his church, Countryside Baptist in Gainesville Florida, as they have lovingly ministered to our family over the years.
He is survived by his wife, Linda, daughter and son-in-law, Mary Ann and Roger Garcia and son (namesake) Roland DeWitt Wise III
DeWitt was also Yan Yad to Heather, Heidi, Justin, Lindsay, Karyna, Kyle, Katlyn, Karson, Isabella, Luka and Charleigh.
He leaves behind his brothers Kenny and Allen, whom he loved beyond measure.
The services will be held Graveside at the Dunnellon Memorial Gardens (Rockwell section) on Saturday, February 6th at 11:00am
