Ronald Arthur Kurtz

Ronald Arthur Kurtz, also known as Russ or Rusty, US Navy Veteran, passed away on October 7, 2026 at the age of 82. He was born in Allentown, Pennsylvania on December 28th, 1943. Born to George and Teresa Kurtz, he leaves behind his beloved wife Joanne Kurtz, his son Stan and wife Susan Kurtz, his daughters Deanne and husband Paul Hagadus and Nita Slanina, and his grandchildren, Amber and husband Ryan Turner, Anna Kurtz, Colten Hagadus, Jayden Hagadus, and great-grandchildren Joshua, Abigail, and Joseph Turner. Ronald was preceded in death by his sisters Thelma and Ruth, and his brothers Theodore, George, and Neil. Ronald worked for the Allentown School district for 35 years. His hobbies were hunting, fishing and sports with a special love for his family and his pets, Scuttles and Skippy.
