Ruth J. (Leslie) Grodi

Ruth J. Grodi, 82, died peacefully on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 while under the care of Hospice. She leaves behind her son, Richard Grodi, Toledo, OH; her daughters, Linda (Roger)Hier, Dunnellon, FL, Carol (Ronald) Lichfoldt, Beverly Hills, FL, Sandra Grodi, Dunnellon, FL; her brother, Arthur(Mary) Leslie; her sister, Donna (David) Duby, Missouri; her grandchildren, Connie, Jeff, Sarah; her great grandchildren, Kalen, Courtney, Kennedy, Kevin, Kolton, Kyle, Kristopher, Kayla, Katie, Eric, Kyleigh, Sean, Madison and her little dog “Peanut”.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Grodi; her brother, Norman Leslie and her sister, Doris Leslie.

Ruth was born into this life on April 14, 1935 in Toledo, Ohio. She was the daughter to the late Emanuel and Fern(Head) Leslie. Ruth and her late husband lived in Astatula, FL for many years before relocating and making their home in Dunnellon. She worked in Retail while living in Astatula. Ruth enjoyed cooking, sewing, cake decorating but most importantly her family. She will be dearly missed by all her family and friends.
