Sandra Kay (White) Carter, 60, of Ocala, FL, passed away peacefully on September 14th, 2026. Sandy was born on November 27, 1965, in Kansas City, KS. She was a Registered Nurse who loved flowers and hummingbirds. Sandy was a devoted mother to her two daughters and a loving grandmother to her two grandchildren. Sandy is survived by her two daughters, Whitney Larson and Max Carter; her two grandchildren, Kaylee and Luke Larson; and her son-in-law, Ryan Larson. She is also survived by her siblings: Mark White (Betty White, sister-in-law), Vicki Warneke, Thomas White, and Patricia Zeisler, along with many nieces and nephews. Sandy was preceded in death by her parents, Harold White and Marian Andersen White.
