Sharon Knox Kuebler, 72 of Dunnellon, Florida died at her residence on June 18, 2013. She was born on October 18, 1940 to the late George L. Knox and Virginia May Montgomery Knox.
Sharon graduated from Washington High School in 1958, attended Penn Commercial College and went on to the National School of Aeronautics. She worked for Eastern Airlines in Washington, DC and Miami, Florida. Later she became part of the medical field as a medical secretary at South Fulton Hospital and Baptist Medical Center Mont Clair and joined the SW Oncology Group in San Antonio, Texas. She continued her career joining the San Antonio Cancer Institute and later worked as a Director of Clinical Research for the Associates in Medical/Mental Health in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Sharon partially retired and moved to Florida where she joined the Florida Wellcare Alliance as Regulatory Specialist and was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Hernando, Florida.
Sharon was pre-deceased by her brother George Knox, Sr. and his wife Dorothy Knox. She leaves behind her dearly beloved husband George W. Kuebler and her wonderful daughter Stephanie Keck McCullough, John McCullough along with 3 grandchildren; Megan McCullough, Kathryn Rose McCullough and Lucas McCullough. Also left to remember her are nieces Pamela Hessler and Debra Knox and nephew George Knox, Jr.
A memorial service will take place on Monday, June 24, 2013 at 3 PM in the Chapel at Roberts Funeral Home of Dunnellon with the Rev. Kenneth C. Blyth pastor of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Hernando, officiating.
