She was born in Middletown, Ohio to the late Marvin Mullins, Florence (Mayes) Mullins. Ms. Robbins was a retired ESE teacher and Staff Specialist. She enjoyed bird watching and traveling to Hawaii and Las Vegas.
Survivors include her daughter, Jennifer Robbins; her brother, Marvin Mullins II and his wife Terri Mullins; her mother, Florence Mullins.
