Shirley Elaine Dowling

Shirley Dowling passed away August 29, 2017 peacefully in her sleep at the age of 65.  She was a lifetime resident of Dunnellon, Fl.  Shirley was passionate about protecting our Florida wildlife, springs and waterways, and an avid animal lover.  But most of all she will be remembered and missed for her loving friendships, her kind heart, love of nature and her adventurous spirit.

Shirley was preceded in death by her parents W.B. and Elaine Dowling, and her beloved dog “Cali.”  She is survived by her loving canine companion “Isaac”, and many cousins.

A celebration of her life will be held at a later date with notification being posted on Social Media.
