Shirley A. Pitts, 79, of Clermont, FL, passed away Tuesday, April 14, 2o15, at Bay View Center in Eustis.
Mrs. Pitts was born October 25, 1935, in Dunnellon, FL, to the late John and Odna Peterson. She was a homemaker and a loving mother. She was preceded in death by her husband Perry L. Pitts in 2003, and her brothers John Peterson, Jr., in 2009 and Billy Peterson in 2011.
Surviving family members are her brother Jesse Peterson (Linda) of San Antonio, FL; her sister Euneda Brass, Dunnellon; daughters Ann Potter (Greg), Groveland, Kim Pitts, Clermont, and Patsy Leek (Roy), Inglis; son Danny Eiland, Clermont; and her grandchildren Dean & Blake Potter, Allen Hutton, Stephanie Shirey, and Kamron Eiland.
Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Friday, April 17, 2015, at Roberts Funeral Home, 19939 E. Pennsylvania Avenue, Dunnellon. The family will receive friends from 10 AM until service time. Interment will follow in Sand Pond cemetery in Levy County.
