Suzanne Marie Womack

Suzanne Marie Womack, 75, of Ocala, FL, passed away on July 27, 2024, of natural causes.

Funeral Services will begin at 10:00am  on Wednesday, July 31, 2024 at Ocala West Church of the Nazarene, 5884 SW 60th Ave, Ocala, FL 34474, 352-861-0755 with Pastor Tim Alford officiating. Committal Services will follow the funeral at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL, at 1:30PM.

Suzanne was born in Flora, IL, on June 10, 1949. She was married to John Womack on July 8, 1978. They were married 40 years, until his passing in 2018. Prior to their marriage, Suzanne worked in a bank. After moving to Ocala, she enjoyed singing in the On Top Of The World chorus and playing percussion and stringed instruments.

Suzanne is survived by her daughter, Christine M. Mattingly; by her step-children, Mark Womack, Eric Womack, and Angela Womack; by her brother, Don W. Mattingly; by her cousin, John T. Winterbottom; and by John Womack’s niece, Cheryl McAllister, and nephew, Daryl McAllister.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Ocala West Church of the Nazarene. The family of Suzanne Womack wishes to thank the members of Ocala West Church of the Nazarene for their love and support.
