Terri Louise Schmidt

Terri L. Schmidt, 58, died on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at Cate’s  Hospice House in Ocala, FL. She was born and raised in Detroit, MI. While growing up, Terri was involved in 4-H, barrel bending, FFA and had a love for horses. After spending many long winters in the cold, Terri  decided to be closer to the sunshine, so she moved to Pompano Beach, FL. She worked at several different places including owning her own sub shop called “Smittys Subs”.  Twenty years later, Terri moved to Dunnellon to live with her mother. She was the life of the party and truly had a good heart who would help anyone in need. She will dearly missed by all of her family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Howard Schmidt and her father, William Doran.

Terri leaves behind her mother, Beverly Doran; her brothers, John Myers, Gary Myers and Michael Doran; her sister, Cheryl Johnson and numerous nieces and nephews.

There will be a celebration of life held at a later date at her mother’s residence in Dunnellon.
