Utah Estes

Utah Estes was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on April 24, 1945, and went to be with our Lord Jesus on August 24, 2020.  He went into the US Army at age 17, served in Germany and did two tours in Vietnam.  Utah lost both of his legs in Vietnam on November 6, 1970.  He had a short but very distinguished military career receiving many medals for his service.  The next month on December 6, 1970 his second son William Robert was born.  He is survived by his wife Nancy Carol Estes and his six children, son Martin Utah, William Robert, James Utah, Monty Ray, daughter Melissa Ann Sue Baily and our miracle child Greg Robert Utah Estes.  Many others that loved Utah as a father figure were Ronnie Nevius, Jimmy Charles Estes, Pam Estes, Tereasa York, Glinda Jarrels, Lisa and Geena Estes.

Utah also leaves behind his beloved service dog Rascal.

Utah was of the Baptist faith and faithfully attended Riverland Baptist Church.
