William Ronald Major, Jr.

MAJOR, William R., Jr., 75 of Dunnellon FL, passed away on February 4, 2022.

He was born in Decatur, IL to William R., Sr. and Dixie (Higgins) Major on July 19, 1946,

He leaves his wife of 49 years, Connie (Taylor), children Roger (Hollie) Major, Christopher (Jennifer) Major of Roger City, MI, Michael (Jerri-Marie) Major, of Spring Hill, FL, and James of Dunnellon, FL.

He also leaves siblings, Maxine (Steve) McGuire, Randy (Pat) Major, Marlynn Hudson, Marianne (Danny) Trimmer, Stephen Major, and Tim Carter. His parents and two sons, William Ronald Major, III and Rickey Leon Major, and his brother Scottt Major preceded him in death.

A Live Stream memorial service will be held on Facebook on March 5, 2022 at 1:00 PM (CST- 2:00 PM EST) at Riverland Baptist Church in Dunnellon, FL.
