William J. Schwartz

William J “Bill” Schwartz, 85, died in Dunnellon, Fl on 07-04-2014. Bill was predeceased by his parents John and Teresa Schwartz, sister Dorothy Sarkovics, brother John Schwartz, and nephew Charles Schwartz. He is survived by his daughter Stacy Schwartz (Donald) and son David Schwartz, brother Theodore (Sharyl) Schwartz, special friend Leona Labarre, special daughter in law Eva Schwartz and several nieces and nephews.  Bill was born in Buffalo, NY on 4-22-1929 and moved to Susquehanna, Pa at an early age. Graduating from Laurel Acadamy in 1947, he was self educated in electronics and obtained a position as Test Engineer for Link Aviation in Hillcrest in 1951. In 1954 Bill left Link to pursue a television repair business and later with his brother Ted constructed the Tri Boro Cable TV System in Susquehanna, Pa. which he owned until his retirement in 1991. He retired to Dunnellon, Fl in 1992, but always returned to Susquehanna in the summer to visit his family and  friends. Bill was a Licensed Pilot and received much enjoyment flying a variety of private aircraft for many years. A  private service will be held at the family's convenience.
