Willie Lou Bates

Dunnellon- Willie Lou Bates, 75, passed away March 15, 2015.  She was born June 16, 1939 in LaGrange, Georgia to John Thomas McCollough and Willie Marie O'Neal McCollough.  She was a retired buyer for the school system.  Mrs. Bates enjoyed feeding the birds and was a lover of nature.  She was a member of Dunnellon Church of Christ and was involved with volunteer work with the church.  She is survived by her husband, Floyd Bates.  She was predeceased by her brother, John Thomas McCollough, Jr.  A memorial service will be held at Dunnellon Church of Christ on Thursday, March 19, 2015 at 2:00PM.
