Obituary

Alice May DeVries-Mosley, 81, died on Monday, August 14, 2023 at her residence in Crystal River, FL. She was born into this life on May 5, 1942 in Standish, Michigan and was the daughter to the late Leonard L. Harkrader and Bonnie I.L. (Painter). In 2004, Alice moved to Crystal River from White Cloud, Michigan. She retired with General Motors as a Welder Operator. Alice was an Auxiliary member with the VFW Post 4864 in Citrus Springs, FL and a member of the Eagles. She enjoyed cooking, her dogs and her children and family.

Alice is preceded in death by her brother, Ray Harkrader and her sisters, Dudie Carpenter and Betty Jo Simmons.

She is survived by her husband, Fred Mosley; her four sons, John W. DeVries, Daniel L. DeVries, Michael J. DeVries and his daughter, Shelby DeVries, and James A. DeVries; her sister, Maxine Hudson; her four grandchildren and three step grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
