Dale Barrow Obituary

Mr. Dale Lawrence Barrow, 64, of Bradenton, FL, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, June 25, 2021, surrounded by his family.  A native of Miami, he and his wife left Miami and moved to Bradenton 5 years ago.

Dale retired as a letter carrier for the US Postal Service.  When not working, he could be found coaching girl’s softball, which he did for many years, or enjoying the water fishing or just out riding in his boat.  He was a proud member of the NRA, and the American Legion.  He was a veteran, having served in the United States Army 25th Infantry Division “Tropic Lightning”.

Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Michelle, his three daughters Hayley Cassis, Heather Barrow, and Hillary Smith, his two brothers Chuck and Paul Barrow, his two sisters Becky Thompson and Althea Baker, his four grandsons and his soon to be born granddaughter.  He was preceded in death by his brother Carl Barrow.

Funeral services will be held at 9:30 AM on Thursday, July 1, 2021, at Roberts Funeral Home of Dunnellon.  He will be laid to rest in Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL, at 11:30 AM on Thursday, with full military honors.
