James "Bob" Robert Roland

James Robert Roland “Bob”, 82, of Dunnellon, FL died on September 4, 2020. James Robert was born in Tuscaloosa, AL on January 11, 1938 and was the son to the late James Edward Roland Alice Bell (Schrader). Bob was a carpenter for modular homes. He also served our country with United States Air Force. He enjoyed camping, and watching Alabama Crimson Tide football and most importantly spending time with his family whom he leave behind, his wife of sixty four years, Margaret Roland; his  three children, six grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Bob is preceded in death by son. James David Roland;

In lieu of flowers and memorial contributions Bob’s family prefers  to be respectful of Bob’s wishes and yell out a “Roll Tide” with Fond memories and we as his family thank you all for your thoughts and prayers.

Committal services with military honors will be held at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell on Friday, September 18, 2020 at 1:00 PM. The family will gather at the funeral home around 11:00 AM until 12noon where there will be a procession to the cemetery.
