Madison Ann Chapman

Madison Ann Chapman passed away at the age of 21 on the morning of November 12, 2021.  

Madison was born on April 17, 2000 at Seven Rivers Hospital in Crystal River Florida, to Allison Casto Mentzer and David Chapman. Madison was a current student at the College of Central Florida, majoring in Finance. While in school, she was working for Hooters of Ocala where she was adored by all she served.

Madison was born a beautiful baby who grew into a sweet little girl, and later matured into an amazing young woman. Although she was a spitfire at times, she inspired many with her immense spirit for life. She was known to always show kindness and generosity to those in need. Madison was a unique and determined soul who also had a smile that could light up a room. She enjoyed the beach and always seemed to pick up stray animals everywhere she went. She will be remembered with love and admiration by all who were fortunate enough to know her.

Madison is survived by her Mother Allison Mentzer (Mike) sister Abigail, and brothers Matthew and Luke. Father David Chapman (Danielle) brothers Dalton, and Braydon.

Celebration of Life will be held on December 18, 2021 located at Siesta Key Beach Park, located at 948 Beach Road. Sarasota, FL 34242, from 10:00am to 2:00pm.
