Monah Lucille Urshan, (Aka, Lucy, Poop), age 61 year old of Dunnellon Florida, has made her life’s journey, and her final destination on August 15, 2023, suffered Cardiac Arrest, caused by complications of Parkinson’s disease.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 26th, visitation from 10:00 am till 11: am with service following. Ric Hooper, pastor of Dunnellon Community Church, will be officiating. Services and visitation will be held at Roberts Funeral Home, chapel, Dunnellon, Florida.
Monah was born in Orange, California, on July 14th, 1962. Residing in Dunnellon for over 45 years, She attended and graduated from Dunnellon High School.
Monah was married to Tim Urshan, on March 16th, 1985. Celebrating 38 years of marriage.
Monah started her working career at Winn-Dixie store in Dunnellon, where she met her husband, then, for a short time worked at SunTrust Bank and finally transitioned to Marion County Educational system, completing 27 years of employment at Dunnellon Elementary.
Her interests were loving and raising her two Children, socializing with her friends, traveling on occasion to Biloxi Mississippi, to visit the one-armed bandit!! And passionately loving her six grandchildren.
Monah is survived by husband Tim, Son Luke Urshan, wife Danielle of Westly Chapel, Daughter Leah Nettles and Andy Schrader of Lake City, Mother Sharon Ellis of Dunnellon, Brother Collin Ward wife Peggy, of Ocala. Stepsister Paulette Boone of North Carolina, Stepbrother Dick Ellis of California. Six beautiful, adorable grandchildren, Abbott Wendell Nettles, Adele Lucille Nettles, Vance Calahan Schrader, Addison, Olivia, and Ryleigh Urshan. Nephew Scott Ward and wife Jamie children Cooper and Makayla.
Monah is preceded in death by her two brothers Randy and Kirk Ward stepsister Debbie, and Stepfather Richard Doc Ellis.
In lieu of flowers any donation may be given to Hospice organization.
