Phyllis J. Henderson

Dunnellon- Phyllis J. Henderson, 81, died on Sunday, March 13, 2022 at her residence in Dunnellon. She was born on July 17, 1940 in Chillicothe, Ohio and was the daughter to the late, William Harvey Hollingsed and Dorothy Irene (Cox) Hollingsed.

In 2001, following her retirement with the Dade County Public School System, Phyllis and her late husband, Steven moved to Dunnellon. They both enjoyed travelling in their RV together and she loved to shop. Phyllis also enjoyed watching a good movie or playing games on her phone. She will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends.

Phyllis is preceded in death by her husband, Steven L. Henderson and her two sons.

Those left behind are her two daughters, Dianne Duke and Debra Goodlett; her three brothers, William Harvey Hollingsed, Robert Allen Hollingsed and Ronald Lee Hollingsed; her five grandchildren, Justin Goodlett, Stephanie Daros, Gerald Duke, III, Rachel Barreto, and Hannah Olatunji; her four great grandchildren, Ayden Duke, Levi Barreto, Steven Barreto and Avalynn Barreto.

Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, March 19, 2022 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Roberts Funeral Home in Dunnellon.
