Ocala, FL and formerly of Northfield, VT- Sidney Bradley, 91, died at home on Friday, December 31, 2021, while under the care of Hospice of Marion County. He was born into this life on April 28, 1930 in Bethel Vermont. Sidney was the son to the late Richard L. and Tressor A. (Dean) Bradley. On April 10, 1948, he married the late Agnes E. Fifield, mother of his five children.
Having grown up and working in Vermont for many years, Sidney eventually retired with the Central Vermont Railroad. He enjoyed the outdoors, such as playing golf, hunting, fishing, and playing cards. Sidney also dedicated his time as a freemason. In 1972 he decided to move to a warmer climate in Florida.
He is preceded in death by his seven brothers, two sisters and one son.
Survivors include his three sons, Richard L. Bradley, FL, Sidney H. Bradley, Jr., VT, and Anthony “Tony” Bradley, FL; his three daughters, Lynn Bradley-Bell, FL, Bonnie Bradley-Shadel, TN, and Cindy Samuelson, FL; his sister, Beverly Stricker, VT; his sister in law, Beverly Bradley, VA; his seventeen grandchildren and twenty two great grandchildren.
Inurnment will be held at a later date in Cherry Hill Cemetery in Bethel, Vermont.
