Trevor Durette, 48 of Dunnellon, Florida passed away peacefully in his sleep on May 26, 2017.  Trevor was born July 27, 1968 in Springfield, MA  to the late Howard Durette and Ishbel Richardson.
Trevor was a proud Veteran with  the U.S. Navy (1988-1991) and he also served in the Army National Guard (2004-2012). He loved his country and represented us with Pride, Strength and Courage! Trevor was a selfless man, he was gentle, kind, strong, and a loving Husband,father and Paw.  He never met a stranger and was a man of God!
Trevor met his first love while serving in the U.S. Navy in 1988.  Mary was his best friend and the love of his life for the next 29 years!  They soon became a family of 5.  He adored his beautiful daughters, Heather Durette (23), Ashli Lutes (21)  (Coty), and Tiffany Durette (12).  His heart was fulfilled with his girls.  Trevor became even more blessed with his two sweet granddaughters; Amya (3) and Aurora (2).  He was their "Paw".  They loved him so!
Trevor could be found playing in the park with his granddaughters and Tiffany; having long talks with friends, bible studies and telling Mary how beautiful she is.  Anyone who had the pleasure of knowing Trevor could see his passion for his family and friends.  He was so smart and loved to educate people.  We loved to hear his stories.
Trevor, your beautiful smile and your love for us will never be forgotten.  There is a special place in our hearts that you fill and we will love you forever!  God Bless you and may you Rest in Peace. Until we meet again!
